- Did you like the performance of players, who don’t have a lot of game practice?
- I didn’t like the second half at all. I mean those, who made substitute appearances and those, who played the whole game. I have more claims to players than they think. I mean most performers, who featured in the second half.
We were doing well in the first half, had decent combinations, scored twice and controlled the situation. But then we stopped. It looked like players were just waiting for the final whistle. I guess their thoughts were of Saturday match against the same team.
- Did you try to explain players that the match wasn’t over after the first half?
- No matter what I said, they didn’t have proper attitude in the second half. There’s no point discussing tactical issues as we’ll face Mariupol again in two days again. That will be a different game.
