User agreement
This Agreement defines the terms of use by Users of the materials and services of the website https://www.fcdynamo.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1.General conditions
1.1. The use of materials and services of the Website is regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is considered to be involved in this Agreement.
1.3. The Website Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes shall enter into force after 3 (three) days from the date of posting the new version of the Agreement on the Website. If the Users do not agree with the changes made, they are obliged to refuse access to the Website, stop using the materials and services of the Website.
2. User’s Obligations
2.1. The User agrees not to take any actions that may be considered as violating Ukrainian legislation or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Website and website services.
2.2. Use of the Website materials without the consent of the copyright holders is not permitted. For the lawful use of the Website materials, it is necessary to conclude license agreements (obtain licenses) from the copyright holders.
2.3. Quoting no more than 30% of particular materials from the Website is permitted for further use for commercial purposes, including protected copyrighted works, with a link to the Website being required.
2.4. Any copying of information marked with the © * sign, including a direct hyperlink to an article, without the written (electronic) permission of the Website Administration is prohibited and will be prosecuted under current Ukrainian legislation.
2.5. Comments and other entries of the User on the Website must not contradict the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
2.6. The User is warned that the Website Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be posted on the Website.
2.7. The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or damages related to any content of the Website, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, which he entered using the information posted on the Website or links to external resources.
2.8. The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Website or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Website Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.
3. Other conditions
3.1. All possible disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current Ukrainian legislation.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement may be construed as establishing between the User and the Website Administration any agency relationship, partnership relationship, joint activity relationship, personal employment relationship, or any other relationship not expressly provided for in the Agreement.
3.3. The court’s finding of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable shall not result in the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Website Administration in case of a violation by any of the users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive Website Site Administration of the right to later take appropriate actions to protect its interests and copyrights to the Website materials, which are protected in accordance with the law.
Users confirms that they are familiar with all the provisions of this Agreement and unconditionally accept those.
