Dynamo made their fans proud once again during Sunday's encounter against Metalurh Zaporizhya. Goals from Ismaël Bangoura and Oleksandr Aliyev earned Dynamo a 2:0 home victory in the Ukrainian League week 5 match.
In comparison with the game against Spartak two changes were made. Ayila Yussuf replaced Diakhaté in the starting lineup, the Nigerian making his first appearance following a one-month lay-off due to a thigh injury. The game was also marked by Stanislav Bogush's debut for Dynamo in the match against his former club.
The opener came in the 11th minute. Artem Milevskyy's lobbed pass found Bangoura, who directed the ball into the opposite net. A minute before the interval, Oleksandr Aliyev doubled the lead with a remarkable goal, shooting from 25 meters directly into a top-right corner of the Postranskyy's net.
During the second period the host team dominated on the pitch but missed several good chances to score. Thus the second half of the match saw no goals.
