Winter training camp. Day 2: functional test, tennisball and game contest

On the second day of the winter training camp in Turkey, the White-Blues had quite intense program.

The morning session began with the work that players like the least – testing of physical conditions including endurance.

In this test, the players had to run almost to the limit of their abilities, so the rest of the session was lighter – players split into fours and competed in tennisball. And while both young and experienced players showed decent results in functional testing, experience prevailed in tennisball.

The afternoon training session was long and consisted mostly of game exercises. But first the outfield players practiced headers while goalkeepers got a lot of work to do saving one shot after another.

The training day ended with a mini-tournament again. Unlike the first day, the competition was held according to different rules – with standard goals and keepers. But anyway the green team won just like the day before.

On Wednesday, Dynamo schedule also includes two training sessions while the first friendly will be played on Friday.
