On March 21, 2013 the UEFA Control and Disciplinary Committee has decided to make FC Dynamo play two euro cup home matches without spectators. The reason for that is the racist behavior of some fans during UEFA competitions games this season.
We completely support UEFA anti-racist activity, but still we consider such decision to be too harsh for the club and its loyal fans.
FC Dynamo Kyiv will appeal this decision in order to change the legal penalty.
