Considering critical situation caused by intrusion of the National Bank of Ukraine into our cooperation with PAT PRIVATBANK CB we officially inform the following.
Our football club really used bank accounts to ensure daily operations and obtained credits by virtue of the Credit agreement №0034 of 02.02.2009. The two parties didn’t have problems or contradictions within almost a decade.
Still, after temporary administration was appointed in PAT PRIVATBANK CB in December of 2016 and the bank became 100% state property the situation changed completely.
On December 13 2016 the National Bank of Ukraine defined FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD as the one related to PAT PRIVATBANK CB. On December 20 2016 accounts of the football club were blocked, credits stopped being extended and current accounts stopped being served.
Despite that FC DYNAMOO KYIV LTD direction and founders kept looking for constructive solution of the problem. Among other things, the club did a lot to guarantee credit return and fulfillment of PAT PRIVATBANK CB credit conditions.
We’d like to draw attention to the fact that FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD didn’t violate conditions of any contracts for years. The club has perfect antecedent as it has never been late with payments and took all the necessary measures not to make PAT PRIVATBANK CB risk. Besides, FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD received credits from other banks including PAT NADRA CB. FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD also has many sponsors and partners like: Ostchem, Adidas, Lifecell, KLO, Borys, Arber, Morshynska, Renault etc.
Despite FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD position, on June 15-16 2017 PAT PRIVATBANK CB stopped extending credits guaranteed by deposit again. On request, on 19.06.2017 PAT PRIVATBANK CB informed that in June of 2017 PAT PRIVATBANK CB received a Letter from the National Bank of Ukraine of 14.06.2017 №20-008/41973 signed by the Deputy of the Head Rozhkova K.V.
On the ground of this letter PAT “PRIVATBANK” CB stopped extending credits.
FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD officially informs that NBU decision concerning bonds of the club with PAT PRIVATBANK CB and order to block accounts were cancelled by the court on 20.03.2017 under the case №826/20288/16. The National Bank of Ukraine and Deposit Insurance Fund systematically misinform courts stating that FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD accounts haven’t been blocked.
The National Bank of Ukraine also informs media that FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD receives banking services at PAT PRIVATBANK CB with no restrictions. Meanwhile FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD insists that we don’t receive banking services at full breath as the club doesn’t have assess to credit tranches.
According to part 1 of article 67 of the Ukrainian Law “On banks and banking activities” the aim of banking supervision is stability of banking system and protection of interests of depositors and creditors of banks concerning safety of clients’ funds on banking accounts. Thus we insist that the National Bank of Ukraine fulfills unnatural functions as real actions of NBU direction and Rozhkova K.V. place the club into financial deadlock, violate constitutional rights of staff and impede FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD activities.
We have documented proof (official letters) demonstrating impartiality and veracity of the data concerning funding problems FC Dynamo Kyiv representatives publish in media.

FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD has been actively cooperating with PAT PRIVATBANK CB over extended periods.
Credit recourses we receive under the Credit agreement №0034 of 02.02.2009 are one of the major sources of floating capital aimed to guarantee functioning of the club. Founders and direction of the Club take all necessary measures to ensure financial discipline and fulfill all conditions of the Credit agreement.
FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD has sent PAT PRIVATBANK CB a request for credit resources we need to:
Still PAT PRIVATBANK CB direction hasn’t completed the request for unknown reasons.
We don’t think there’re objective reasons for such actions. The Club has been paying interests on loan in time.
Our Club faced similar problem early in 2017. At that time founders and direction of the Club did their best to prolong cooperation with the Bank. We signed Amendment agreement №20 of 27.03.2017 to the Credit agreement №0034 of 02.02.2009 and Amendment agreement №13 of 28.03.2017 to the Pledge agreement of 02.04.2013 №0034/DZ on security of the Credit agreement fulfillment. All these actions were taken under Ukrainian legislation and under terms and conditions acceptable for PrivatBank.
Please, take into account that the court has proved bonds between FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD and PAT PRIVATBANK CB don’t exist.
Considering all the mentioned above we don’t understand reasons for actions of the Bank which derail work of FC DYNAMO KYIV LTD.
We ask you to take measures and unblock line of credit under the Contract agreement №0034 of 02.02.2009.
