Ukraine comeback against Slovakia

The Yellow-Blues have defeated Slovakia in Lviv – 2:1.

This time the number of FC Dynamo Kyiv representatives in the national team was surprisingly small because of injuries.

Only defender Yevhen Khacheridi played the whole game. After the break our goalkeeper Maxym Koval substituted Andriy Piatov.

This friendly was the debut of the White-Blues loanee Olexandr Andriyevskyi for the national team. Olexandr currently performs for FC Zoria Luhansk. He took the field 77 minutes into the match.

Ukraine conceded early in the game, but goals of Andriy Yarmolenko and Yevhen Konoplyanka handed the home side victory.

Celebrating his goal Yarmolenko demonstrated the shirt supporting Dynamo injured skipper Serhiy Sydorchuk.
