The appeal has been partially allowed.
The Appeal body reduced the punishment. As a result FC Dynamo Kyiv are to play one euro cups home match without spectators, but not two as it was decided by the UEFA control and disciplinary committee on March 21 2013 (second match – during the 3-year probation period).
