Ukraine defeat Japan in Ruslan Rotan’s 100th international game

Only one FC Dynamo Kyiv player was in the Yellow-Blues starting lineup – forward Artem Besedin (9^th cap).

After the break Vitaliy Buialskyi (3^rd cap), Viktor Tsyhankov (5^th cap) and Ruslan Rotan (100^th cap) made substitute appearances.

So, Ruslan Rotan has reached the milestone of 100 international matches. Only two more Ukrainian players have done the same – Anatoliy Tymoshchuk (144) and Andriy Shevchenko (111).

Anyway, the final score of the match against Japan is 2:1 for Ukraine. Rakytskyi and Karavayev scored for our team.
