- After we scored things got easier for us.
- Does the defeat against BSC Young Boys still hurt?
- If they remind us of that all the time we won’t forget it. We must move on and focus on following games. Every match is different. Now we’re in for the Europa League qualifiers. It’s a challenge as we must reach the group stage.
- Which position is better for you – left lateral or centre back?
- It’s centre back.
- What do you think of seven-hour flight to Madeira?
- That’s why we’ll arrive there two days before the game. If we came right before the match, we would have been tired.
- Dynamo don’t concede in several UPL games in a row.
- This is the desert of the whole team. If we demonstrate teamwork, we’ll score a lot. We must work every day to get better.
- What do you think of Ukrainian league? Is it better than Polish?
- They’re definitely different. In Poland more fans come to stadiums. In Poland any team can defeat anyone. In Ukraine there are two top teams – Dynamo and Shakhtar.
- Do you feel more comfortable now that Tomasz Kedziora has joined Dynamo?
- He’s a good friend of mine. We try to help each other.
- Do you speak the same language?
- We don’t as I don’t speak Polish. Still he speaks English really well. Now there are more players in Dynamo, who speak English. Mbokani also does, for example.
- Has anything changed since you arrived in Kyiv?
- Now I feel more comfortable in Kyiv than at first, when I knew nothing and no one spoke English. Now everything is fine.
- Do you like working with Olexandr Khatskevych?
- Every coach is different. Unlike Rebrov, Khatskevych doesn’t speak English, so I don’t understand some things he says. Interpreter helps. Anyway, results we demonstrate are above all.
