This competition is being arranged by FC Dynamo Kyiv Fan-club. It will be the fifth season of the competition. 16 teams have been divided into four groups.
Two best sides of each group will qualify for quarterfinals.
Matches will be played at Dynamo training complex in Koncha-Zaspa and at Dynamo football school.
The final will take place at Dynamo Stadium named after Valeriy Lobanovskyi.
