- We give every player a chance. We follow Tymchyk and Ochigava all the time. They have character and fight for Dynamo. I always try to give youngsters a chance. I’m glad that they know what to do when they join the main squad. I don’t want to focus on anyone in particular as we’re a team. Everyone did his best on the field, not only young players. For example, Rybalka didn’t make a single mistake in the midfield. He deserves captain’s armband.
- It seems you try to save Tsyhankov substituting him in the second half. Is he ready to play for 90 minutes?
- It wouldn’t have been great if journalists didn’t ask about Tsyhankov after every game stating that he’s very talented. You know how many injuries he had last season. I don’t want that to happen again. I know that he does his best on the field. Why did his last injury happen? Because he hurt a muscle in the second half, but didn’t tell me as he wanted to play. This time I substituted him. Anyway we count on this player and on other youngsters.
- What’s wrong with Yarmolenko?
- He’s got an injury and it can be a serious one. We have one game in three days, besides some players perform for national teams. Injuries happen. I guess Danilo Silva will also have a surgery.
