- This game was about tactics. Don’t forget that AZ almost won domestic league using long balls and demonstrating aggressive vertical football. We didn’t give them space do pass behind our defenders’ backs. AZ hardly created any chances before the break.
After the first half I told our guys to be patient as visitors would rush forward and we would have space for counterattacks. That’s what actually happened.

- He’s done really good job. I believe in young performers and they respond with decent play. Also one shouldn’t forget about Mykolenko, who didn’t play in his position, but coped with his duties. Anyway, I’d like to praise the whole team today.
