- How come the first half was so intense for your team?
- First of all, congrats to fans on this important win! To be honest, the final score doesn’t reflect what was happening on the field. When we analyzed Obolon, we emphasized the interactions and movement of players, and in this regard, we should have played more orderly, primarily in those phases when we controlled the ball, and when we lost it, we should have positioned ourselves correctly on the football field.
It’s good the set piece worked out. We practiced that. At halftime we made some remarks to the players, controlled the game more calmly and the second goal relieved the pressure.
- How many games will Popov skip due to suspension?
- As far as I understand, red card for desperate foul means one game of suspension.
