As was expected, Dynamo head coach Oleh Blokhin fielded a youthful lineup, as most of his first-choice players had departed for international duty.
Even though the opponents played rather actively, our team showed exellent character and managed to turn their dominance into goal midway through the second half, when Artem Kravets found Andriy Tsurikov in the penalty area and the 20-year-old made no mistakes by slotting home a vital goal.
One of the best Dynamo players in this match was Lukman Haruna. He was active and even hit the post once. Romanian side’s most dangerous player was Victoras Astafei.
