Dynamo Kyiv today confirmed they have reached agreement with FC Lokomotiv Moskva for the transfer of midfield player Oleksandr Aliyev to the Russian Premier Liga side. The 25-year-old has been given a three-year contract starting from 1 February and will join his new club tomorrow.
