Information card – information about auction rules and items published after auction start will be announced on FC Dynamo Kyiv official Facebook page.
Auctioneer – FC Dynamo Kyiv Fan-club president Serhiy Mykhailenko. His duties include negotiations with items owners, items collection and their delivery to FC Dynamo Kyiv Auction Committee. The auctioneer is also to control whether winners get their items.
Auction participant – legal body (its representative), private person of age. All participants must be Facebook users.
Auction items – private stuff of FC Dynamo Kyiv legendary players and coaches. Information about auction items including price can be found on FC Dynamo Kyiv official Facebook page.
Bidding steps – minimal price increment can be 50, 100, 500 or 1000 hryvnias. Biddings steps are defined by auction holders. Information card contains this data.
Purchaser – auction participant, who offers the best price for particular item and pays within 10 days after victory. Purchaser gets email from auction holder that informs him about his victory and offers to transfer funds to particular bank account. After the email is sent auction holder contacts purchaser and parties deal with disposal of property. If winner doesn’t pay for the item within 10 days the item goes to a person that offered second best price.
After final settlement is completed auctioneer gives purchaser quittance that confirms disposal of property. Purchaser pays all extras (delivery etc). To get the quittance purchaser must produce his personal data: warrant (in case purchaser is a legal body), passport or any kind of ID (if purchaser is a private person).
In case purchaser can’t get the property on a tight schedule he must discuss payment for item storage with auction holder.
Auction holder reserves the right to publish additional information about the auction and change auction terms. In such a case participants will be informed about changes via FC Dynamo Kyiv official Facebook page.
