FC Dynamo Kyiv announce major changes to the club’s management structure aimed at implementing modern European approaches to corporate governance. In such a way, the club plans to ensure stable development and increase the effectiveness of its activities both on the national and international arenas.
The club continues to be led by Igor Surkis, who as president is responsible for strategic management and shaping the development vector of Dynamo. His leadership guarantees long-term stability and a focus on achieving new sporting heights.
The operational management of the club will be carried out by the newly appointed CEO Dmytro Brief. Dmytro has been working for Dynamo for over 10 years, starting his career as a club lawyer. Due to his knowledge and experience, he headed the legal department, representing the interests of Dynamo in state institutions, national and international football institutions, such as UAF, UEFA, FIFA, as well as in the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
In 2023, Dmytro was appointed to the position of vice president of the club, where he was responsible for numerous areas of activities. Now, as CEO, he will ensure the full management of the club and optimize internal processes.
The following have been appointed to key positions of deputy CEOs:
- Maksym Radutskyi, responsible for general issues of the club’s activities, including commercial activities, external communication, internal activities of the club, and numerous charitable projects and initiatives of the club.
- Serhii Mokhnyk, responsible for the development of football, interaction with the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) and the Ukrainian Premier League (UPL).
- Anatolii Volk, responsible for international interactions with football institutions and foreign clubs.
Oleh Shkreba has been appointed to the position of commercial director, where he will be responsible for attracting sponsors, increasing profitability from commercial projects, and developing the club’s marketing component.
The head physician of the first team, Andriy Shmorhun, has been appointed to the position of director of the medical department, who will contribute to the development of medical programs, ensuring the health of players, and implementing modern methods of rehabilitation and treatment of athletes.
Valentina Heorhiieva, who’s been appointed to the position of financial director, will be responsible for financial stability and effective use of funds.
Yurii Barbash has been appointed as the operations director. His responsibilities include managing the club’s current operational processes. Yurii has extensive experience in working with UEFA and FC Dynamo Kyiv in terms of organization and conduct of football competitions.
These changes in the club’s management are aimed at increasing efficiency and implementing new modern standards, which will contribute to the further development of FC Dynamo Kyiv.
