Viktor Shvetsov from Odesa will be the main referee for the Ukrainian championship Matchday 14 fixture between Dynamo Kyiv and Shakhtar Donetsk. Born on 22 June 1969 in Odesa, Shvetsov took up refereeing back in 1991, made his domestic debut in 2005 and earned his FIFA badge in 2008. The referee has officiated at six top-flight matches this season, including Dynamo’s 3-1 victory against FC Metalurh Donetsk on Matchday 6.
The 40-year-old referee will be accompanied by assistant referees Serhiy Bukreyev and Oleh Pluzhnyk (both from Kharkiv), while Ihor Pokidko from Poltava will be the fourth official.
Mykola Zheleznyy (Sumy) and Volodymyr Tukhovskyy (Simferopol) will act as UFF delegate and referee observer, respectively.
The match Dynamo vs. Shakhtar takes place at the Lobanovskyy Dynamo stadium on Saturday 21 November, kicking-off at 15h00.
