Dmytro Bulatov: “We’ll enhance security at stadiums”

In this regard fans have met Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Dmytro Bulatov and Ukrsportarena state concern CEO Serhiy Simak.

After the meeting special briefing took place.

Dmytro Bulatov (Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine):

- The UPL will resume on March 15. We’ll enhance security at stadiums with a help of non-governmental organizations.

I’ve also talked to Minister of Internal Affairs, First Deputy Prime Minister and the Head of Security Service of Ukraine. They’ll do their best to help us.

I’ve been told that SC Tavria Simferopol and FC Sevastopol have been offered to perform in Russian Premier League. This information is to be checked.

Serhiy Simak (Ukrsportarena state concern CEO):

- State arenas are absolutely ready to hold UPL matches. I hope that there will be no problems with security and comfort at matchday 21 games.

Andriy Korenevskyi (FC Dynamo Kyiv Ultras):

- Current situation is difficult for our society, but the sooner we get back to normal life, the better. We’ll further this process. Football matches must become a very important factor. We want to ask direction of our club not to let FC Dynamo Kyiv play against FC Spartak Moscow. This game looks inappropriate.
