On Monday, FC Dynamo Kyiv got back to the usual schedule including two training sessions a day.
The weather in Spain got better. In the morning it was sunny, but a bit windy. It should be mentioned that even after a week of intense work the turf on the field, where the White-Blues are training, is still perfect.
Having gathered the team around before the session, Mircea Lucescu announced plans for the day. The morning session was about fitness, but included different exercises with the ball.
At first those were squares with neutral players, where Kyivans switched their roles from time to time.
Then the task got more complicated. Players were still practicing possession in squares, but at a signal they were supposed to rush to another square and come on board right away.
Then the White-Blues worked in different zones of the field, according to their positions. Goalkeepers joined the team.
The session finished with traditional mini-tournament with the participation of three teams. Goalkeepers Heorhiy Bushchan and Ruslan Neshcheret even featured as outfield players in turns. Heorhiy did a great job and managed to score.
Benjamin Verbic and Olexandr Andriyevskyi practiced separately while Vladyslav Dubinchak, who used to have health issues, rejoined his teammates.
