Oleg Blokhin was elected as the new coach of the Ukraine national team during the Ukraine Football Federation executive committee meeting on Thursday.
The 58-year-old Blokhin takes command for a second time, having guided Ukraine to the last eight of the World Cup in Germany in 2006.
