Dynamo cruised to a 1-4 win over the league’s underdog Zakarpattya, still remaining in contention for the championship title, and will now face Shaktar in the Cup final this Wednesday in a good mood.
Squad changes
Bangoura made his first appearance after the injury to partner Milevskyy up front. Through Mykhalyk absence, Mandzyuk returned to the starting line-up to be paired with Yussuf in the center back, with Diakhaté thus deployed in the midfield. The goalkeeper Shovkovskyy also made his comeback, despite second-choice Lutsenko’s superb display in previous matches.
Early shock
The tension was mounted 16 minutes into the game, after Marković brought down the opponent and Kraya made no mistake when shooting from the spot kick. It did not take the White-Blures long to level. Milevskyy sent goalwards Corrêa’s cross, with Yussuf ensuring the ball reaches the target. It was then Bangoura’s turn to finish the job tonight.
Bangoura hat trick
Whatever the Guinea international may lack, he gains in being in the right place at the right moment and making instant decisions. He first scored after the team’s adept attack, planting home Corrêa’s heeled assist, to give Dynamo the first-half lead before the break. In the closing minutes of the second half Isma went on to complete a hat trick, following right-flank crosses from Aliyev and Kravets, thus having amassed 15 league goals this term.
