- What are your impressions of the first training camp with the first team?
- Of course emotions are positive. I’m ready to work. I get acquainted with new tactics, schemes. Lucescu explains how we should play. I’ve never heard such things before.
- Your pre-season work started in mid-June. What do you think of your fitness?
- I feel good. Youngsters and those, who featured on loan, gathered a week earlier, so I’m fine.
- There’re a lot of youngsters at the training camp. Does that simplify your adaptation process?
- The atmosphere is really good, everyone greeted youngsters warmly. Of course it’s easier to work alongside guys you’ve known for years.
- Do you like working under the charge of Lucescu?
- I really do. He’s a top coach, who’s worked with a lot of outstanding players and teams.
- What do you think of the game against Basel?
- You feel confidence when you take the field with such experienced teammates. I wasn’t too nervous as they supported me.
- Are you satisfied with your performance?
- There were some mistakes, but generally I am.
