- Why didn’t the game go to your plan?
- It was a very interesting and difficult game. Rukh have really good young and ambitious team. Some things didn’t go our way. Besides, we were unlucky in certain episodes. On the other hand, we could concede as well. We need to keep working and win following games.
- How exactly was Oleksandr Shovkovskyi trying to rebuild the game?
- We tried to change a lot. We knew they play one vs one on the whole field. It’s quite unusual for Ukrainian football. Few teams play this way. As I’ve said, the game was interesting.
- You played on Wednesday. Did that impact your recovery?
- I don’t think so. We reconditioned properly. Then next one is the game against Lazio and we need to get ready for it.
- There was a chance you wouldn’t play today. How’re you feeling?
- I’m fine. There’s some discomfort, but as they say, if something hurts, this means you’re’ alive (smiling). Doctors did their magic and I’m okay.
