FC Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Volodymyr Brazhko has shared his impressions of the game against FC Zoria Luhansk with Profootball Digital.
- Last season you played for Zoria at this stadium. How did you feel playing against your former team?
- Nothing special. I played for this club on loan and I’m thankful to them for the chance to demonstrate what I can and to return to the native team.
- How did snow impact the game plan?
- It just was uncomfortable as we had to make four-five touches instead of one-two. One can be punished for that. It was actually tough.
- Is this kind of weather more problematic for attacking team?
- It is as attacking team needs to move the ball faster while we couldn’t do it properly.
- Were shots from distance also problematic?
- That’s right. I was trying to shoot, but the ball was just going off the foot.
- You’re going to the national team camp. How do you feel about it?
- I’m looking forward to tomorrow. Joining the national team was my dream. It’s an honor to represent our country. I really want to practice, meet the guys I don’t know yet, experience this atmosphere. I’ll be doing my best to benefit the team.
- Who was the happiest person to find out about your call-up?
- My mom. So was I, of course.
- Do you realize that potentially you can even be among the first eleven?
- It’s up to the coach. I’ll be just working and doing the best I can. It doesn’t matter who plays. What matters is qualifying for the Euro.
- What would you like to tell fans?
- We count on your support as we really need it. Glory to Ukraine!
