In this regard we inform the following:
According to the NSC Olimpiyskyi rules banners bigger than 2x1,5 m are not allowed.
As for information on banners, it mustn’t be provocative or offensive.
Special attention will be paid to political banners.
Banners must be brought to the stadium in advance so they could be inspected.
If there are no security officers to inspect a banner and stewards aren’t sure if it’s allowed security camera will be pointed to the banner and the decision is being rendered at control room.
