Three years ago, the lives of millions of Ukrainians changed when the russian federation invaded with a full-scale war. The morning of February 24 2022 divided the lives of Ukrainians into “before” and “after”.
Missiles, explosions, destruction, deaths, destroyed lives – this is what the enemy brought to our flourishing country. Military experts predicted that Ukraine would surrender in a few days, but the Ukrainian people fully demonstrated their best qualities – love for freedom, courage, concern, loyalty, self-sacrifice. Thousands of Ukrainians stood up to defend their native land with weapons in their hands, risking their lives for a noble cause.
Ukraine did not break, stood firm and repulsed the aggressor. It was not a miracle, it was the true heroism of the Ukrainian people. The heroism of everyone who joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and became a wall in the path of the enemy, who brazenly seized our lands. The price of freedom is very expensive, it is measured by thousands of lives of the best sons and daughters of Ukraine, we pay this price every day.
Ukrainians united and became a single front, some on the front line, others – helping each other. An important component in these difficult times for our country is also the humanitarian mission. At a time when sports receded into the background, Dynamo football club focused on the urgent needs of society, accumulating strength to help the military, restore schools and hospitals after the devastating blows of the enemy. Only by uniting, we will withstand and win this war.
A huge thank you to everyone who defends our country on the front line! Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine! And eternal memory to those who gave their lives and fell on the battlefield, defending our native land…
