Dynamo third day in Alps

Tsurikov vs Kalytvyntsev

So after stretching and scamper players got their special challenge - multi-stage fitness test, also known as yo-yo test. This exercise looks like shuttle run.

Players were running from one mark to another increasing their speed gradually. The distance between marks was 20 meters. Almost half a year ago Yevhen Selin was the best according to this test. Andriy Tsurikov and Vitaliy Hemeha also demonstrated good results. This time Vladyslav Kalytvyntsev got the garland of victory.

Barefoot…on Blokhin’s advice

After exercises with a ball and 8x8 practice match players had a fartlek (training method that blends continuous training with interval training). On Oleh Blokhin’s advice many took footwear off.

As for the morning training session – goalkeepers and their coaches went to the pitch. It should be mentioned that our keeper Heorhiy Bushchan has recovered at last. The rest of the team exercised in the gym together with Oleh Blokhin and his assistant coaches.

Blokhin occupied stationary bicycle and thought over the future Joint tournament.

Suddenly one of Interalpen hotel managers came up to Dynamo head coach with a camera and asked for permission to take a photo of the legendary player. Oleh Blokhin didn’t repulse this request.

Under watchful control of the bicyclist Rebrov

Later our team had a scamper through the forest which surrounds Interalpen hotel. Serhiy Rebrov followed players on a bicycle.

Having returned to the hotel Kyivans got some time for rest. Next training session starts at 18:00.

At 14:20 Brazilian halfback Dudu is coming to Austria to Join Dynamo.
