At first they played friendly in Kolomyia district against the local team and later – in Chernivtsi against former FC Bukovyna performers.
This year Kyivans’ tour is dedicated to unity of our country. It’s also aimed to honour memory of people murdered in Kyiv during protest movements in winter.
The visit of legendary Dynamo players was the main event of the year for citizens of small village called Turka.
The game was attended by two thousand of spectators and ended in a draw 1:1. The White-Blues only goal was scored by Ivan Yaremchuk.
As for the match in Chernivtsi, its organization was on the highest possible level. It should be mentioned that Yuriy Moroz, Olexandr Radchenko and Andriy Oksymets held a masterclass for 11-year-old kids.
Speaking about the game itself, Bukovyna won – 2:1.
Chernivtsi region citizens took part in tragic events which happened this winter in Kyiv. 20-year-old Ihor Zastavnyi lost the part of his leg. Still he holds on. Anatoliy Demianenko and Viktor Khlus have wished Ihor to stay strong.
