- The game was difficult. Hoverla deserve respect. Their players want to approve themselves. In some way they’ve done that. I think we’ve deserved three points. Still we had problems and we’ll analyze the game.
- Before the game Viacheslav Hroznyi said Dynamo could underestimate Hoverla.
- Before the game I told players they should motivate themselves. It’s easier to do when we perform in the Champions League or against FC Shakhtar Donetsk. Of course it’s difficult to oppose teams that are totally focused on defense. One must be patient and finish every attack. It’s great we scored right after the break.
- What did you tell players after the first half?
- They knew we had only 45 minutes left. If we don’t score in the first half our team gets additional motivation.
- What can you say about Dynamo players that perform for Hoverla on loan?
- Hoverla counterattacks were dangerous. Hemeha and Kuzyk have done pretty good job. They did their best for the team.
- What did you expect from Hoverla?
- We knew how they would oppose us. They have orderly defense, good counterattacks and use set pieces effectively. Unfortunately in the first half we let Hoverla have counterattacks.
