Dynamo defender Oleksandr Romanchuk is to spend the 2009/2010 season on loan at FC Arsenal Kyiv. The deal was concluded on August’s transfer deadline day.
The 24-year-old full-back is familiar with Arsenal Kyiv, having spent two seasons at this club – 2005/2006 and 2007/2008.
