FC Dynamo Kyiv halfback Roman Salenko has shared his impressions of the debut for the first team that happened in the game against FC Chornomorets Odesa (3:1).
- Congratulations on your debut for Dynamo first team! How’re you feeling?
- Of course I’m really glad. Everyone supported me when I took the field.
- What id coach tell you before you took the field?
- He said I should stay calm and confident.
- Does your father give you any football advice?
- Sure, he does, but first of all I listen to what coach says.
- Did you expect this kind of football from Chornomorets?
- We did. Although they don’t have a lot of points yet, but they mostly lose by narrow margin.
- So the game wasn’t easy for Dynamo, was it?
- Of course Chornomorets were very motivated to do a good job against Dynamo. Every team is.
- What’s next? Are you going back to the youth team?
- So far I am as we have UEFA Youth League game midweek. But of course I’m going to fight for the first team spot.
