Lucílio Cardoso Cortez Batista from Portugal will take charge of Wednesday’s night Ukrainian Cup semi-final second leg game between Metalurh Donetsk and Dynamo. He will be accompanied by assistant referees Jose Manuel Silva Cardin and Jose Carlos Neves Ramalho, with Duarte Nuno Pereira Gomes the fourth official.
Viktor Derdo and Volodymyr Petrov will act as FFU delegate and FFU inspector, respectively.
43-year-old Cortez Batista oversaw Dynamo’s 0-1 defeat by Arsenal in the 2003-2004 Champions League group stage and Dynamo’s 1-0 win in the 2005-2006 Ukrainian Cup final over Metalurh Zaporizhya.
