Ukraine U-21 team coach Pavlo Yakovenko has announced the squad for the upcoming friendly match against Poland which is scheduled for Wednesday, November 19. The game will be held in Legionowo, kicking off at 13h00. This sparring comes as a very important stage of preparation for the EURO 2011 (U-21) qualifying that starts in autumn 2009.
The coach called up 19 footballers for the training session, starting on November 16. Four Dynamo players are among them: goalkeeper Artem Kychak, midfielders Mykola Morozyuk and Roman Zozulya and forward Andriy Yarmolenko. Injured Dynamo players Artem Kravets and Andriy Fartushnyak won't be able to play in the match.
U-21 squad:
Goalkeepers: Anton Kanibolotskiy (Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk), Artem Kychak (Dynamo).
Defenders: Yevhen Selin, Oleksiy Kurylov (both from Metalist), Pavlo Pashayev (Kryvbas), Yaroslav Rakytskyy (Shakhtar), Volodymyr Chesnakov (Vorskla).
Midfielders: Maksym Pashayev (Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk), Taras Stepanenko, Serhiy Rudyka (both from Metalurh Zaporizhya), Volodymyr Bidlovskyy (Karpaty), Mykola Morozyuk, Roman Zozulya (both from Dynamo), Valeriy Fedorchuk (FC Lviv), Yehor Lugachov (Spartak Moscow, Russia).
Forwards: Andriy Yarmolenko (Dynamo), Volodymyr Lysenko (Arsenal Kyiv), Denys Vasin (Chornomorest), Yevhen Konoplyanka (Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk).
