It took White and Blues only four minutes to open the score. Domagoj Vida hit the bottom corner with a header after the corner.
Right before the break Brown Ideye had a goal-scoring opportunity but he missed the target.
After the break Brown could score from the free kick but Vorskla keeper Serhiy Dolhanskyi cleared the ball off.
In the second half Dynamo head coach Oleh Blokhin substituted Bezus, Haruna and Mehmedi. Veloso, Kranjcar and Husiev took the field but still Kyivans didn’t manage to score any more.
Still White and Blues won.
One of the best players of the match was Dynamo centreback Domagoj Vida. He scored the only goal and played confidently for defense.
