Metalurh Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan scored a late equaliser to deny Dynamo Kyiv victory in their Matchday 21 clash on Friday.
All looked good for the visitors when they took the lead through Dynamo captain Artem Milevskyy’s goal 12 minutes after the start but a late goal from Metalurh’s half-back Henrikh Mkhitaryan left the Kyivers with only one point from the match.
In an effort to increase the pressure on Metalurh and win the match, Dynamo coach Valeriy Gazzaev brought on forward Roman Zozulya, but unfortunately the scoreline remained unchanged and the game ended in a draw.
