Ukraine’s new coach Myron Markevych has named the 24-man squad for the first training camp to kick-off on Monday May 17 in Kharkiv.
The list of candidates features four Dynamo players – defender Yevhen Khacheridi, midfielder Taras Mykhalyk and forwards Artem Mlevskyy and Andriy Shevchenko. Dynamo custodian Oleksandr Shovkovskyy has not been included in the list by mutual consent.
The national team have also scheduled three friendly matches: against Lithuania on May 25 in Kharkiv, against Romania on May 29 in Lviv and against Norway on June 2 in Oslo.
