The 40-year old referee from Odesa Vitaliy Godulyan has been appointed to take charge of the Ukrainian league Week 10 game between FC Kharkiv and Dynamo Kyiv. He took up refereeing back in 1992 and was promoted to top division in the year of 1998. Godulyan received his FIFA badge in 2001.
He will be accompanied by assistant referees Ihor Bytskalo (Odesa) and Valeriy Davydov (Kremenchuk) with Mykola Danylenko (Berdyansk) acting as fourth official.
Their work will be assessed by FFU delegate Andriy Havashi (Uzhgorod) and FFU inspector Myroslav Stupar (Ivano-Frankivsk).
