Winners are to be defined according to results of matches, which have already taken place;

- U-17. 1^st place – Shakhtar Donetsk, 2^nd place – Dynamo Kyiv, 3^rd place – Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk;

- U-15. 1^st place – Shakhtar Donetsk, 2^nd place – Dynamo Kyiv, 3^rd place – Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk;

U-16 and U-14 teams are still to play decisive fixtures:

- Shakhtar Donetsk vs Metalist Kharkiv – June 2 2014 in Dnipropetrovsk;

- Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk – Shakhtar Donetsk – June 4 2014 in Dnipropetrovsk.
