Viktor Shvetsov has been appointed to take charge of the Ukrainian Premier League Matchday 19 clash between Dynamo Kyiv and Sevastopol. Born on 22 June 1969 in Odesa, Shvetsov took up refereeing back in 1991, made his domestic debut in 2005 and earned his FIFA badge in 2008. The referee has officiated at six top-flight matches this season, including Dynamo’s goalless draw at FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk on Matchday 4.
The 41-year-old referee will be accompanied by assistant referees Oleksiy Andreyev and Andriy Berehovyy (both from Donetsk), while Vitaliy Hodulyan (Odesa) will act as the fourth official. Hennadiy Lysenchuk (Kyiv) and Volodymyr Kutsev (Donetsk) will act as UFF delegate and referee observer, respectively.
The match Dynamo vs. Sevastopol will be played at the Lobanovskyy Dynamo stadium on Saturday, 27 November, kicking-off at 4pm.
