Dynamo's UEFA Cup challengers, Valencia CF, slipped to a 3-1 defeat against their Primera División opponents RCD Mallorca on Sunday.
Valencia were missing three key players, such as keeper Renan, midfielder Joaquín and team’s main striker David Villa. The host team took hold of the match with first-half goals from Jurado and a Martí’s penalty shot. Valencia’s halfback Vicente pulled one goal back midway through the second half, but it was only a scant consolation for Unai Emery’s side.
