Dynamo in Spain: equator left behind

Dynamo in Spain: equator left behind

After two friendlies our players had a day for reconditioning. On Monday morning the team had training session at MarbellaFootballCenter and in the afternoon the White-Blues had a theory class.

Kyivans spent half of the morning training session doing one of their favorite things – playing tennis-ball. 25 outfield performers and assistant coach Serhiy Fedorov were divided into eight teams and played “football tennis” on four fields.

Goalkeepers played 2x2 on the fifth pitch. The battle between teams Yarmolenko – Sydorchuk – Moroziuk and Khacheridi – Harmash – Rybalka was very intense. Eventually Rybalka, Harmash and Khacheridi won by narrow margin.

The rest of the training session was dedicated to exercises for different sets of muscles.

Junior Moraes, who worked individually for two days, rejoined the team. Doctors warned he shouldn’t take the field in abovementioned friendlies, but he worked intensively under the charge of physical trainer.

This time the only one to train individually was youth team defender Denys Popov, who’s joined the main squad. He keeps reconditioning.
