In the morning several players wore T-shirts during the warm-up, but before the afternoon session it got even colder and the rain tuned into a downpour, so everyone put raincoats on. Still intense exercise load made players take them off from time to time.
Morning training session stated with warm-up followed by work in squares. Then the team did game exercise on two smaller fields.
Goalkeepers had a lot of work. Maxym Koval did three saves within several seconds in one episode!
The session finished with strength exercises. Players were divided into several groups and each went through all “stations” in turns. Maksim Shatskikh also took part in one of the exercises.
In the afternoon players that finished their vacation earlier focused on tactics. They worked on defense and attack under the charge of Olexandr Khatskevych.

Each of them demonstrated decent results, but the last to stay on track were young Viktor Tsyhankov and Volodymyr Shepelev. Actually Shepelev kept running after Tsyhankov stopped.
After the test internationals had some rest and played their favourite tennis-ball. Still later the team had 11 vs 11 mini-match from box to box.
