- First of all I’d like to thank and congratulate Dynamo supporters on qualification for the semifinal. Cup matches against Shakhtar and Oleksandria were difficult, but fortunately victorious. As for this game, I’d also like to thank our players, who kept dominating even being outnumbered.
- Fran Sol got hurt late in the first half and you substituted him. Is that because of injury?
- There’s no injury. We just saw Fran wasn’t performing functions we wanted him to. Thus we decided to make a substitution to change the game.
- Were you upset when Rusyn’s goal was cancelled? How did you manage to win playing outnumbered?
- Of course I was upset. I was almost sure that the goal was all right, but there’s VAR and we must take it into account. Anyway our players kept creating chances which means a lot.
- The next game will be played behind closed doors. What do you think of that?
- Well I guess Dynamo have got used to playing behind closed doors, so we’ll be fine. But of course I’m very upset this is happening. It’s like a theater without spectators.
- Will Tsyhankov play regularly from now on?
- You know Viktor has missed the training camp, so he’s not totally ready to perform for 90 minutes in every game. We talk to players and know how they feel. But when Tsyhankov takes the field he gives our performance a boost.
- Are you satisfied with the performance of Kadiri? You’ve picked him instead of Shepelev.
- Shepelev has played several important games, so he was a bit exhausted. We need to make changes in the lineup and give other performers a chance.
