Four FC Dynamo Kyiv performers were in the home side starting lineup: defender Yevhen Khacheridi, midfielder Denys Harmash and two attacking players – Andriy Yarmolenko and Artem Kravets.
The two latter scored 7 and 30 minutes into the match. It was Yarmolenko’s 20th goal for the national team.

After the break Kyivans Oleh Husiev and Serhiy Rybalka made substitute appearances.
On September 9 Ukraine will play another qualifier – against Slovakia in Žilina. This game can be decisive for our team on the way to Euro-2016. Unfortunately Denys Harmash will miss it as he was sent off for two bookings in Lviv.
