2024/25 season is over for FC Dynamo Kyiv, but summer break hasn’t started for many players yet as they’re going to perform for their national teams in June.
Ukraine national team
Ukraine will participate in the Canadian Shield international tournament in Toronto.
Serhii Rebrov has called up 26 performers with six of them representing Dynamo. Yet Vladyslav Dubinchak has got sick, so our club will be represented by five player – defender Oleksandr Tymchyk, halfbacks Mykola Shaparenko, Mykola Mykhailenko, Oleksandr Pikhalionok and Vladyslav Kabayev.
On June 7, Serhii Rebrov’s men will face Canada (22:30 Kyiv time) while on June 10 – New Zealand (00:00 June 11 Kyiv time).
Ukraine U21
In June, Ukraine U21 will perform at the Euro-2025 (U21) in Slovakia.
On June 6, the Yellow-Blues will play a friendly against Spain youth team.
The head coach Unai Melgosa has called up 25 players including ten Kyivans – goalkeeper Ruslan Neshcheret, defenders Taras Mykhavko, Kostiantyn Vivcharenko, halfbacks Volodymyr Brazhko, Valentyn Rubchynskyi, Nazar Voloshyn, Maksym Braharu, forward Vladyslav Vanat (also halfbacks Anton Tsarenko and Oleksandr Yatsyk who played on loan in 2024/25 season).
Ukraine U21 schedule at the Euro is as follows:
June 12. 19:00 (Kyiv time). Ukraine – Denmark
June 15. 19:00. Finland – Ukraine
June 18. 19:00. Netherlands – Ukraine
Ukraine U20
Ukraine U20 are getting ready for the 2025 World Cup. At this point they’re having a training camp in Spain.
The head coach Dmytro Mykhailenko has called up five Dynamo representatives defenders Vladyslav Zakharchenko and Oleksii Husiev (played on loan in 2024/25 season), halfbacks Roman Salenko and Dmytro Kremchanin, forward Vladyslav Herych.
On June 6, Ukraine U20 will play a friendly against Morocco U20 while on June 10 – against USA U19.
