Battling draw against Turkey with another goal of Andriy Yarmolenko for Ukraine

The Yellow-Blues gaffer Andriy Shevchenko picked FC Dynamo Kyiv winger Andriy Yarmolenko and striker Artem Kravets, who currently features for Granada CF on loan, for the starting lineup.

Both of them were central figures of the game in the first half.

24 minutes into the match referee awarded penalty for the foul against Kravets and Yarmolenko converted from the spot. Three minutes later Andriy assisted Artem, who hit the target from inside the box.

Unfortunately right before the break Kravets didn’t use good scoring chance after which home side pulled one back.

Right after the break another Kyivan took the field. Serhiy Sydorchuk substituted Olexandr Zinchenko.

81 minutes into the game Stepanenko fouled inside the box and Turkey equalized – 2:2.
