About a thousand and a half people took part in the polling on Dynamo official VKontakte page.
There were eight nominees and the result is as follows:
37,2% of votes – Aleksandar Dragovic
19% - Junior Moraes
11,7% - Lukasz Teodorczyk
7,7% - Domagoj Vida
7,3% - Miguel Veloso
7,2% - Danilo Silva
5,7% - Derlis Gonzalez
4,2% - Vitorino Antunes
Austrian centre back has 17 UPL appearances (all in the starting lineup), 1504 minutes on the field, two bookings and one red card to his name.
In the Ukrainian Cup Dragovic took the field in all four matches (all in the starting lineup) which is 333 minutes.
He also took part in the Ukrainian Super Cup and got a yellow card.
In the Champions League Aleksandar became one of two Dynamo performers (another one – Yevhen Khacheridi) to play each of eight games without being substituted. That’s 720 minutes on the field. The most special for him was away fixture against Chelsea FC as Dragovic netted own goal at first and then hit the home side target.
So, we congratulate Aleksandar Dragovic on becoming FC Dynamo Kyiv best foreign player in 2015/2016 season!
As you know, he was also chosen by fans as the best foreign performer of the year 2015 (50,3% of votes).
