- Aleksandar, what are your impressions of the Ukrainian Cup semifinal against FC Chornomorets Odesa?
- I think we qualified for the final deservedly as we played one of our best matches at latest. Now we’ll get ready for decisive game against FC Shakhtar Donetsk.
- What made Dynamo change so rapidly within ten days?
- One of the reasons is that we skipped matchday 28 fixture against FC Arsenal Kyiv. Thus we had additional time to have rest and to prepare for the game against Chornomorets properly.
- What’s more important for you at the moment – Ukrainian Cup final or two last matchdays of the UPL?
- Every match is important. We aim for win in the Ukrainian Cup final and in two last matchdays of the UPL.
- What can you tell about Dynamo next opponent FC Illichivets Mariupol?
- They are good team. We managed to score the decider only a couple of minutes before the time as we faced Illichivets last time. We must get ready for the match, demonstrate our play and win.
- Though it’s away match for Dynamo it will take place in Kyiv. What’s your attitude to such decision and to situation in the country in general?
- We all know about the situation in Ukraine and realize that all games will be played behind closed doors. Never the less we must do our best to win.
- Danilo Silva played as centre back as Dynamo faced Chornomorets. Did he cope with his duties?
- I think Silva played really well. Anyway every performer must be able to feature the way coach tells him to.
- Ukrainian Cup final and UPL matches will be played behind closed doors. What do you think about that?
- Of course support of our Ultras is very important for us, but we realize that such measures are necessary. We must accept this decision. Still I promise that we’ll try to gladden our fans.
